About Us

Roger J. Preis is the President of RPE Career Dynamics ®, a leadership and executive coaching firm specializing in leadership development, career management and management consulting. Formerly, Roger was President of Robert Half International Inc. in Connecticut and Westchester. He also held corporate positions as Vice President, Staffing and Development and with Corporate Operations for RHI. In addition, Roger Preis has broad-based generalist human resources knowledge as well as specialized experience in employment, staffing and employee relations at Chesebrough-Pond's Inc. / Unilever. Roger has also held faculty positions for the University of Connecticut and for public and private secondary schools.

Roger serves in leadership capacities for several non-profit boards, including immediate Past President of Board for the Boys & Girls Club of Burlington, Vermont, and of the Northern New England Area Council for Boys & Girls Clubs of America. In addition, Roger serves on the Advisory and Emeritus Boards for the Boys & Girls Club and Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care in Stamford, Connecticut. He has been a member of the International Coach Federation, the Association of Career Professionals International and the Coaching Consortium.

Roger earned both graduate and undergraduate degrees with concentrations in mathematics. In addition, he has advanced certification in adult career planning and development and Co-Pilot Professional Coaching (www.copilotcoaching.ca). He is certified in Leadership Effectiveness Training and Process Skills Training.
