Roger J. Preis is a goal-oriented executive coach. As President of RPE Career Dynamics, he specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, career and management consulting.
Roger brings the unique combination of coaching skills and professional experience to implementing coaching content in practical, real-time situations. He encourages executives to assess their capabilities while experiencing new ways to approach situations that enhance their leadership skills and ability to successfully collaborate and execute.

Previously Roger was President of Robert Half International Inc. in Connecticut and Westchester County, New York where he built the company from one employee to a multi-office network. He also held corporate positions in employment, staffing, and employee relations at Chesebrough-Pond’s Inc. / Unilever, and held faculty positions at the University of Connecticut, Rippowam High School, and G.E.D Adult Education.
Roger serves in board leadership roles in the non-profit community, including past President of the Board for the Boys & Girls Club of Burlington. He has been instrumental in assisting to transform the organization into one of the finest non-profits in Vermont. Roger is currently Chair of the Board Development Committee and actively recruits talented new board members and major contributors. He is also a long-standing member of the HR Committee. Roger also served as a board leader and major participant for VNA and Hospice Care of Southwestern Connecticut.
Roger is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Boys & Girls Club of America’s National Service Award for Youth. In addition, he has been part of a cutting edge team that helped develop the Early Promise Program for Youth focusing on academic success and promoting advanced education designed to break the cycle of generational poverty.
Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and an MATM graduate degree in Mathematics. In addition, he has advanced certification in career planning and development from NYU, Co-Pilot Professional Coaching, Leadership Effectiveness Training, and Process Skills Training.
